‘Sphairistike,’ was an editorial series documenting Melanie’s graduate collection at Central Saint Martins, University in London. The collection was inspired by the history of tennis, Wimbledon, with a slight focus on 1980s USA Tennis uniforms, in homage to her departed stepfather, tennis World Champion, Ken Flach. All garments were designed and handmade by Melanie Frieds.
